Join Siobhan for a summer stroll in (hopefully!) sunny Hampshire. This is a mentored walk so may be a little slower than the usual pace but with plenty of daylight hours, we'll have ample opportunity to take in this walk through largely unspoilt countryside, which remains as it was several hundred years ago. Much of the walk follows the Hangers Way, a long distance path which lies within an area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, including an ascent of Shoulder of Mutton Hill, which affords some spectacular views from the top.
The plan is to stop for a drink (and a bite to eat for those that want to) at a pub in Liss at the end of the walk.
Joining instructions: exact times will be confirmed closer to the time. Two trains run hourly from Petersfield, which is approximately an hour from Waterloo. Those coming by train should get a return to Petersfield. Drivers will need to get the train from Liss back to Petersfield.
